By booking an appointment with Emzi Skin Clinic, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any booking or treatment.

Consultation Fee

A consultation fee of £25 is required for all new clients and certain treatments. If you attend your consultation appointment, this fee will be deducted from the cost of your subsequent treatment. The consultation fee is non-refundable if you fail to attend or cancel within the cancellation period.

Payment & Refund Policy

All payments made to Emzi Skin Clinic are non-refundable. However, any money paid may be used towards an alternative treatment of equal or lesser value. If you wish to apply your payment to a different treatment, please contact us to discuss your options. Any price difference for treatments of greater value must be paid prior to the appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in forfeiture of your payment or deposit. If you have purchased a treatment package and fail to notify us within the 48-hour cancellation period, you will lose one session from your package. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us via phone, email, or our online booking system at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Late Arrivals

We operate a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your treatment may be shortened to accommodate remaining time, or your appointment may be voided entirely at our discretion. In either case, no refund will be provided. We strongly encourage all clients to arrive on time to ensure you receive your full treatment.

Arrival Time

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to manage our clinic efficiently and ensure all clients receive timely service. If you arrive earlier than 10 minutes before your appointment, you may be asked to wait outside or return closer to your appointment time.

General Terms

Emzi Skin Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment to any client if we believe it is not in their best interest or if contraindications are present. All clients must complete a consultation form and provide accurate medical history before receiving treatment.

It is your responsibility to ensure the information you provide is accurate and up to date. If your medical history or circumstances change at any point during your course of treatment, you must inform us before your next appointment. This includes new medications, medical conditions, pregnancies, or any other relevant health changes. Emzi Skin Clinic cannot be held responsible for any adverse effects resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
